Discovery Call
We will call to go over the details and to figure out the best way to proceed.
If you're happy with us to proceed with trying to find a buyer then a viewing will be arranged for us to check the property and see what/if any works may be needed and then we will send the details over to our list of buyers.
Sale
Once we've found a buyer a formal offer will be sent to your solicitor from the buyers.
Generally buyers will be able to complete in as little as 2-4 weeks and the funds will be transferred over to your solicitor and the sale will be finalised.
If you require a solicitor for the sale then one can be arranged upon request.
